These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of SST Gift Cards (SSTGC), including any related websites, platforms, services, and digital tools operated by Simply Secure Technologies Gateway (SST). By accessing or using SSTGC, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue use of the site and services.

By using SSTGC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to follow all applicable laws and regulations related to your use of the platform.

Description of Services

SSTGC provides a digital system for creating, selling, managing, redeeming, and processing gift cards and gift vouchers for businesses. Features may include but are not limited to:

  • Gift card creation and customization

  • Online and in store sales

  • Digital redemption and balance checks

  • Reporting and analytics

  • Merchant and customer support tools

SSTGC may update, expand, or modify its services at any time without prior notice.

Eligibility

To use SSTGC services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements

  • Use the services only for lawful business or personal purposes

Merchant Accounts

Businesses using SSTGC to sell gift cards must:

  • Provide accurate business information

  • Ensure compliance with applicable consumer protection and privacy laws

  • Manage gift card balances, expiration policies, and customer support responsibly

SST reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate legal requirements or platform policies.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers purchasing or redeeming gift cards through SSTGC must:

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Use gift cards in accordance with the issuing merchants policies

  • Not engage in fraudulent or abusive activities

Misuse of gift cards or platform features may result in transaction cancellation or account restrictions.

Payments and Fees

Fees, payment terms, settlement timelines, and processing charges for merchants are defined in their onboarding agreement with SST. SSTGC does not guarantee payout timelines for merchants that fail to comply with required documentation or fraud review processes.

Gift Card Policies

Gift card terms, including expiration dates, refund policies, restrictions, and redemption rules, are defined by each merchant. SSTGC acts as a technology provider and does not guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of merchants goods or services.

SST is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable law

  • Attempts to breach SSTGC security or infrastructure

  • Interferes with platform performance

  • Engages in fraud, chargebacks, or misuse of payment systems

  • Uses automated tools to scrape or duplicate any part of the site

SST may restrict or suspend access for any violations.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding elements, system designs, logos, text, graphics, and technology used in SSTGC are owned by SST or licensed to SST. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any material from the platform without written consent.
